A couple having a crack

Sarah and Simon took over a fish and chip shop on the Bass Highway that had spent years changing hands. They brought old-fashioned customer service and a genuine commitment to the food, and built a little following of locals and highway regulars.

Sarah runs the team and reads every review. Simon keeps things together on busy nights. Between orders they are busy opening a wine bar down the road.
